Information Collection & Use

This web-based system and services require customers to register for their own secure private account, what we refer to as an "ACCOUNT". In addition to selecting a username and password, the customer is asked to provide your contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number and email address. Billing information, such as credit card number, is required when completing a purchase of our services. The Customers personal information can be updated any time by logging into the ACCOUNT and editing registration information.

When the customers choose to submit a loan request, we request detailed financial and background information which lending entities will need to prepare a proposal or approve you to do business with them. We must collect this information to categorize the loan request, and to provide sufficient information for lenders to prepare their proposals. The ACCOUNT keeps your financial and proprietary information private. Only lenders, credit officers, credit screening personnel, other authorized personnel, and corporate partners approved by this Company have particular requests and those persons and/or entities specifically invited by the customer are authorized by this Company to view your request. This Company uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit processing.

For customers completing a credit application for a lending partner ("Partner"), the information is available to the Partner and all employees and agents authorized by the Partner to view the application. The information may be used by the Partner to conduct a credit search on the credit history of your company and/or principles. The Partner may also share part or all of the credit application with references the customer provides. While the system ensures that only authorized users may view your application, this Company is not responsible for the security or privacy practices of the Partner.

E-mail Fraud
E-mail can be used for sending scams such as a false offer from a company or an alert to a false computer virus. These e-mails are often forwarded with good intention by friends, adding an erroneous level of legitimacy. If you receive an e-mail that you think could be a scam, do not forward it and delete it immediately. If you receive an e-mail warning that a new computer virus is circulating, check the Web site of any one of the well-known anti-virus software companies for validation.

Emails such as these are most likely from criminals who send thousands of emails at a time to random addresses. These criminals are trying to entice the recipient to visit a phony website and provide personal and confidential information, such as online IDs and pass codes, or Social Security numbers and account numbers. Although the site may look like a bank's, it is not - which is why this practice is known as "spoofing."
To report a suspicious email that uses Hard Money Agent's name, you can forward it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Changes to the Online Practices Privacy Policy
The company may change privacy policy from time to time at its sole discretion. If we make changes to the Online Practices Privacy Policy or make any material changes to our online services, we will revise the Online Practices Privacy Policy to reflect such changes and revise the policy's effective date.
